Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 tsp baking powder
6 big eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 vanilla
zest of 2 lemons
Steps:
🍋Preheat oven to 350º F (175 degrees C). Prepare the cake pan by spraying with baking spray or buttering and lightly flouring.
🍋 In a bowl, sift flour and add sugar, milk, oil, pineapple juice and baking powder;
🍋Mix with a whisk until getting a homogeneous mixture;
🍋 In another bowl, add eggs, salt, vanilla, and lemons zest;
🍋 Mix with electric beaters for 12 minutes; (In the same direction)
🍋 Add the eggs mixture to the flour mixture and mix slowly with a wooden spoon;
🍋 Bake for 30-45 minutes; (toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean)
🍋Remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
You can design it with ice sugar or white chocolate.
