Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 tsp baking powder
6 big eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 vanilla
zest of 2 lemons
Steps:
πPreheat oven to 350ΒΊ F (175 degrees C). Prepare the cake pan by spraying with baking spray or buttering and lightly flouring.
π In a bowl, sift flour and add sugar, milk, oil, pineapple juice and baking powder;
πMix with a whisk until getting a homogeneous mixture;
π In another bowl, add eggs, salt, vanilla, and lemons zest;
π Mix with electric beaters for 12 minutes; (In the same direction)
π Add the eggs mixture to the flour mixture and mix slowly with a wooden spoon;
π Bake for 30-45 minutes; (toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean)
πRemove from the oven and allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
You can design it with ice sugar or white chocolate.
