INGREDIENTS:
1/2Kg beetroot
220g banana yogurt
120mL lemon juice
sugar (optional)
zest of 1 lemon
water
STEPS:
-Cut the beetroot to medium pieces.
-Put all the ingredients in the blender. (without water)
-Blend and add water gradually until it reaches the desired consistency.
