The best Tiramisu " Italian sweet " less than 30 minutes 

Try it and you will not regret it 


The name of this dessert literally means “ pick-me-up” and that’s exactly what tiramisu is ‘ layers of ladyfingers’. It is the source of joy and good mood. It gives people great energy.
It is a traditional and famous dessert of Italian cuisine, it is easy to make and very delicious.
Ingredients:

6 large egg yolks
1/4 cup mascarpone cheese “it is an Italian crème cheese”
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup sugar (201 gm)
2 -7 oz packages Italian Lady fingers “ Italian biscuit”
1 cup cold espresso or strong coffee
1 ounce cocoa for dusting “Presentation“
Instruction :
Tiramisu cream         

        * Whip yolks eggs and sugar,  in the top of a double boiler, over boiling water. Reduce heat to low, cooking for 10 minutes with  stirring constantly. After 10 minutes , let’s cool briefly.( it is your sabayon) .                                            
         *  Add Mascarpone for the mixture of eggs and sugar.
         * In a separate bowl, whip cream to stiff peaks.

           * Gently fold the whipped cream in the mascarpone sabayon mixture and set aside.

           * Dip lady fingers in coffee for 1-2 seconds just long enough to get them wet, do not soak them and avoid breaking it . 

           * Arrange the lady fingers in baking dish “ base of tiramisu”

          * Add half of tiramisu crea

          * Add another layer of lady fingers
           * One more layer of tiramisu cream
            * Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
            * Dust with cocoa before serving
RECIPE NOTES:
***If you can't find Mascarpone in your stores.  You can make this substitute.  It won't be exactly the same but it will come close.
8 ounces full fat cream cheese, 1/4 cup whipping cream and 2 tablespoons softened unsalted butter, whip until it's just blended.
