FRUITS SALAD HEALTHY AND DELICIOUS




Ingredients:

4 bananas
2 apples
2 pears
2 kiwi
5-6 mandarins 
1 peach 
10 strawberries 
80g almonds
80g walnuts
300g vanilla yoghurt
200mL whipping cream

Steps:

-Cut the fruits (bananas, apples, pears, kiwi, peach and strawberries) to medium pieces.







-Make mandarin juice.
-Cut almonds and walnuts.
-Pour heavy whipping cream and vanilla into a cold bowl and whisk on high speed until medium to stiff peaks form, about 1 minute.

For decoration:
-In the first layer put bananas and apples then 2 tbsp vanilla yoghurt;
-In the second layer put kiwi and peachs then 2 tbsp vanilla yoghurt;
-The third layer put strawberries and pears
-Add mandarin juice;
-Put whipping cream and add almonds and walnuts.




Notes:

*If you want to conserve your salad, you must add lemon juice.

*You can use any fruit you want or you have.

*You can decorate the salad in any way you like.
