BANANA AND DRIED FRUIT SMOOTHIE

 Ingredients:

500mL milk
2 medium bananas
30g walnut
30g raisin
5-6 dates
1tbsp Orange blossom water

Steps:

-Take 2 tbsp of milk and a tbsp of Orange blossom water, put it in a bowl and add raisin and dates. Leave it for 3 hours, until it becomes wet.
-Put all the ingredients in the blender. 
-Blend until it reaches the desired consistency.
